Design and deliver business architected solutions. Perform Process Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Process Modeling, by engaging with customers’ key stakeholders to address business challenges. Streamline critical business operations by implementing design thinking principles and help customers meet their strategic business goals. Prepare Technical/Functional Documents including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Mock Ups, Data Elements UX Design Document, Architecture Design Documents, and User Guides. Participate in Technical design and implementation discussions with the development team. Ensure availability of fully elaborated user stories, UI mockups, etc., as per the sprint plan, resolve doubts/ queries from the SCRUM team. Work with the testing team and help them in creating test cases/ scenarios/ feature files based on acceptance criteria and map those with respective user stories. Perform Application readiness review, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). Provide periodic updates to Project Management team and participate in weekly status calls. Occasional minimum travel may be required to Credera or client offices for meetings. Position allows telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. Salary: $140,109 - $150,000 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or U.S. equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Architect, or related occupation/position/job title involving design of business architecture solutions.

Must also have experience in the following: 5 years of professional experience establishing vision and execution strategies for business architecture; 5 years of professional experience gathering, documenting, and validating requirements as user stories, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying scalable business solutions; 5 years of professional experience performing analysis of current processes, identifying improvement areas and suggesting technology solutions; 5 years of professional experience coordinating development, testing, and implementation of solutions with various teams; and 5 years of professional experience designing efficient workflows, analyzing business needs, and documenting requirements and functional specifications.

Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. Travel: For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%.
