The Bank Tech Technical Delivery Excellence (TEDx) organization is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Process Manager to join the Portfolio Delivery Operations team. The team and the work is fast-paced but gives an opportunity to be involved start-to-finish in Agile project methodology . The Process Manager will partner with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Design and Technology Program Managers to collect feedback and enhance our processes, reporting, and Jira workflows.
As a Process Manager you will:
Manage data governance for Jira data for the Business Banking Portfolio; working with Product and Tech teams to understand active strategic initiatives and backlog for what's next as well as how the data is used in capacity planning. Role requires someone who is highly organized with attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Jira and foundational Agile concepts from a user perspective.
- (Atlassian) Jira Administrative Proficiency
- Managing Jira Project configurations, schemes, automations
- Maintaining Jira instances (Users, Security)
- Using Jira Data for informed, strategic decisions
- Process Management
- Creating, analyzing and improving delivery processes and procedures
- Configuring Jira to optimize and simplify usage
- Project (or Program) Management
- Working with multiple, large-scale projects
- Understanding the Hierarchical setup of Jira Issuetypes
- Problem Solving
- Strong analytics experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and completely
- Ability to guide and support the challenges delivery teams
- Communications/Collaborations
- Able to work with multiple, cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise way
- Strong presentational and instructional skills
- Training and support for day-to-day operational needs
- Reporting and Data Fidelity
- Using linkages to create reporting segmentation
- Identifying data anomalies and using analytics/tools to help teams find opportunities for improvement
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of Process Management or Risk Management experience
- At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
- At least 1 year of JIRA experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Process Management experience
- 1+ years of Project Management experience
- 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams
