Solution / Technical Architect – AI/ML & CloudLocation: Bangalore with 2 Days work from office.
We are looking to team up with a technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Distributed systems, AI Architecture, Generative AI, and Cloud-native architectures to design and implement scalable enterprise-grade solutions. The role demands a balance of deep technical proficiency and strong stakeholder management with exposure to cutting-edge AI platforms, Agentic systems, and enterprise CRM integrations.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
● Design and architect scalable AI and data-driven solutions on on-prem cloud platforms.
● Build pipeline architecture for data processing, deployment, and AI model delivery.
● Manage stakeholders across business and operations to ensure alignment with solution objectives.
● Collaborate with IT teams to integrate enterprise applications into the solution ecosystem.
● Work closely with developers to operationalize solutions and ensure successful deployment.
● Support multiple concurrent projects with varying business use cases and technical demands.
● Provide solution support for key use cases, including:
● Case routing and knowledge retrieval
● Agentic AI use cases (auto-actioning on cases, troubleshooting assistant)
● CRM-driven use cases such as query resolution and customer interaction assistance
• Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Mandatory Skills:
1. AI Architecture & Development: Deep expertise in AI development using Python (FastAPI, LLM Tooling).
2. Generative AI & Agentic Systems: Hands-on experience with Enterprise RAG Architecture and building Agentic systems.
3. Cloud Platforms: Architecting scalable cloud solutions (Experience with a single cloud provider is sufficient: AWS, Azure, or GCP).
4. Containerization: Kubernetes & Containerized AI Workloads.
5. Governance: Expertise in AI Adoption Frameworks & Guardrail Design.
• Preferred/Optional Skills:
● Traditional Machine Learning & ML Pipelines (Optional)
● PCAI / NVIDIA AI Enterprise experience.
● Big Data & Distributed Computing.
● Salesforce (SFDC) or ServiceNow understanding (SFDC preferred).
● Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or ticketing systems.
● Experience supporting CRM and AI-based automation use cases.
• NVIDIA AI Certification (highly desirable).
• Cloud Certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and solutioning mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end delivery across multiple projects.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in Manufacturing and Automotive domain solutions.
- Expertise in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning.
- Hands-on experience with Edge AI, Embedded Systems, ADAS, and real-time vision pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end system architecture, scalability, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience leading large engineering teams and managing customer engagements.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, AI/ML, Embedded Systems, or related field.
- Experience working with Automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers or Industrial Manufacturing customers.
- Exposure to MedTech, FMCG, or Industrial AI transformation programs.
- Experience building reusable AI accelerators/frameworks.
