Position Summary:
Under the guidance of the Director of Strategic Pricing, performs pricing and contracting systems effectiveness and efficiency. Work specifically involves becoming the Pricing & Contracting product expert, then sharing knowledge & insights across the North America Business Units. Upholds all organizational and professional ethical standards and works independently under general supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
Core Functions:• Own, manage, update, and refine all Pricing & Contracting Systems, Reports, and Analysis.• Identify and implement new efficiencies within Pricing and Contracting operational systems & processes.• Using statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies.• Create reports & analysis to present findings and recommendations to management.• Using statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies.• Ensuring pricing strategies adhere to company policies and industry regulations.• Performing margin and impact analysis.• Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and
professional association memberships, and shares information gained with co-workers.
Skills/Experience Requirements:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.• Three to Five years of experience within Pricing, FP&A, Pricing Analytics, Data Science, or Product Development.• Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, Price Optimization Software experience desired• Agriculture Industry knowledge & experience a plus.
