We are looking for a hands-on Pricing Manager to drive pricing excellence and support our pricing transformation across Eastern Europe & Mediterranean.
In this role, you will help develop a holistic pricing approach across our 3 business models and the full customer lifecycle, combining commercial understanding with pricing analytics, data-driven decision making, and AI enablement.
What you’ll do
As EEM Pricing Manager, you will drive pricing development across New Building Solutions (NBS), Modernization and Service, ensuring that pricing supports KONE’s commercial objectives throughout the customer and equipment lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and drive EEM pricing approaches across NBS, Modernization and Service, reflecting the different business models and commercial needs of our Frontlines.
- Develop lifecycle and value-based pricing approaches, connecting pricing across new equipment, modernization and service opportunities.
- Analyze pricing, sales and tendering data to identify opportunities, performance gaps and improvement areas, and translate insights into concrete actions for the business.
- Develop and maintain pricing guidelines, tools and KPIs to support consistent and data-driven pricing decisions across EEM.
- Support Frontlines and Business Lines with pricing expertise and recommendations for commercial planning, tendering and other key pricing topics.
- Explore and drive the use of AI and advanced analytics in pricing, with a focus on improving pricing insights, decision-making and ways of working.
- Drive EEM pricing improvement and transformation initiatives, supporting the implementation and adoption of new pricing practices and capabilities.
- Collect Frontline and market insights and translate regional business needs into input for Europe and Global pricing development.
- Collaborate with Frontline leadership, Business Lines, Europe and Global teams to align pricing priorities, share best practices and strengthen pricing capabilities across EEM.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability building across Frontlines to strengthen pricing competence and ways of working.
What we’re looking for
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, business analytics, finance, or a related area.
- Understanding of different business models, lifecycle pricing, and value-based pricing.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Interest in AI, advanced analytics, and digital pricing tools.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a changing, international environment and contributing to transformation.
- Fluent English.
