Job Role and Responsibilities:Support the annual price list, deal, and service contract renewal cycle (heaviest July–November)
Use AI tools to support daily analysis, reporting, and routine responses to Finance, Commercial, and Product Management
Contribute to the monthly/quarterly price performance review and flex across focus areas as workload requires
Running the ten-step pricing process (segmentation, margin diagnostics, scenario building)
Preparing deal/service contract renewals and loading approved pricing into SAP
Assessing service contract profitability and calculating FSE labor rates
Tracking freight/Incoterms data
Building and maintaining the monthly PVM bridge and KPI dashboards
Performing daily DOA compliance validation
Tracking service contract margin and end-of-life triggers
Designing automated alerting so issues surface proactively
Building a systematic competitive pricing intelligence pipeline
Acting as functional liaison with IT/analytics on tool development
Preparing business cases for pricing escalations
2+ years in pricing, sales/commercial operations, FP&A, or a related analytical role
Strong Excel skills, comfortable with large datasets
Comfortable using AI tools to support daily analysis and reporting
Structured, deadline-oriented working style; comfortable in a small team covering a large, complex business
Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP (Execution)
Power BI, SQL, or equivalent BI/dashboard experience (Monitoring & Compliance)
Market/competitive research experience, or exposure to web scraping/APIs (Competitive Intelligence & Tools)
Experience working directly with IT/analytics teams on tool development
Life sciences, diagnostics, or industrial B2B background
