You will work with data, statistics, and business insights to help us understand product performance, customer behaviour, and pricing opportunities. You do not need to know everything from day one — what matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to turn numbers into practical recommendations.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and changes in Motor insurance product performance.
  • Support pricing decisions by preparing analyses, insights, and recommendations for product managers and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate insurance premiums and help assess whether they are sufficient, competitive, and aligned with business goals.
  • Contribute to improving pricing methods, tools, and reports together with more experienced colleagues.
  • Participate in analytical projects and collaborate with colleagues across the Baltics.
  • Bring ideas, ask questions, and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

What we’re looking for

  • A genuine interest in numbers, data, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Good MS Excel skills and basic to good knowledge of SQL.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, data analytics, IT, finance, or a similar field.
  • Some experience in an analytical, actuarial, data, finance, or similar role is welcome, but we are also open to promising early-career candidates with strong potential.
  • Motivation to learn, take initiative, and grow step by step into more complex pricing and analytical tasks.
  • A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented way of working.
  • Good communication skills and an interest in collaborating with colleagues from different functions and countries.
  • Fluent Latvian and very good English skills.

It is a plus if you have

  • Experience with or interest in Power BI, Python, or other analytical tools.
  • Previous experience with insurance, pricing, actuarial work, or product analytics.
  • Experience in project work, Agile ways of working, or international collaboration.

Our promise to you

For stability

  • Monthly salary €3,000–€3,500 gross. The final offer will depend on your experience, skills, and overall fit. Additionally, there is an annual bonus.
  • Additional financial benefits, including discounts on our insurance products for you and your family, compensation for setting up an ergonomic home office, birthday gifts, and other perks.

For development

  • A supportive environment where you can develop your expertise in pricing, analytics, and insurance.
  • Interesting analytical projects where your work can have a visible business impact.
  • Access to personal development and training opportunities.
  • A strong company culture, including company events, inspiring speakers, and cross-Baltic collaboration.

For wellbeing

  • Support for your wellbeing through health insurance, additional vacation days, office activities and other benefits that help you balance work and life.
