We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Pricing Administrator to join our Architectural team based in Clayton. This is a newly created role that plays a critical part in supporting pricing operations across multiple customer channels.
You will contribute to ensuring pricing accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and supporting key business initiatives by managing pricing data, reporting, and administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to grow within a commercially focused environment.
This role reports to the Sales Administration Manager ANZ, with the Pricing & Trading Terms Specialist providing primary day-to-day direction across pricing activities. You will be part of a collaborative team environment, working closely with ANZ stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day pricing operations including price updates, maintenance, and Temporary Price Reduction (TPR) checks
- Process customer pricing requests, including Builder CPC and Painter account pricing
- Prepare and validate customer price lists, promotional data, and pricing reports
- Investigate pricing discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain pricing governance, including workflows, approvals, and audit controls
- Track and manage service levels (SLAs) for pricing requests
- Support monthly reporting across retail pricing, promotions, and customer pricing structures
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing execution
- Assist with pricing system testing, enhancements, and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Support promotional activities, price reviews, and broader pricing projects
You are a proactive and analytical individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You will bring:
- 1-3 years’ experience in pricing administration, sales support, or a similar role
- Strong Excel skills (including formulas, data validation, and pivot tables)
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
- A solid understanding of pricing processes, data accuracy, and reporting
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
- Certificate or Diploma in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
