Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities/ Duties:
· Transform complex technical data, business concepts, and content into effective and graphically engaging visuals using data visualization, graphics, charts, infographics, photography, and storytelling techniques with minimal supervision.
· Design and produce print and electronic corporate presentation materials in compliance with company branding, visual identity, and communication standards.
· Prepare and produce recurring internal and external reporting materials while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to process requirements.
· Respond promptly to create, update, and enhance ad-hoc presentations, including materials for executive management and senior leadership.
· Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business objectives and recommend effective visual communication solutions.
· Develop and maintain presentations, infographics, dashboards, brochures, posters, banners, newsletters, email communications, and other creative collateral.
· Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting compliance, and overall presentation excellence before delivery.
· Leverage AI-enabled productivity and design tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.
· Take ownership of assigned projects from initiation through completion while meeting agreed timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Formal Education & Work Experience:
· 4-6 years of presentation design, visual communication, graphic design, or creative services experience within a corporate environment.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field preferred.
· Experience supporting executive leadership and global business stakeholders is highly desirable.
· Experience within financial services, asset management, investment management, or other corporate environments is preferred.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with expert-level PowerPoint skills.
Technical Skills Required
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills, including themes, templates, master slides, color palettes, charts, graphs, and advanced formatting.
• Strong understanding of presentation design principles, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Ability to create professional infographics, brochures, posters, banners, email communications, and other branded creative assets.
• Experience working with data visualization tools, dashboards, and graphical reporting techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, PowerPoint Designer, Adobe Firefly, or other AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is desirable.
