Expected pay for this position is $26.46 - $31.13/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Presentation Design Specialist will play an integral role collaborating with company stakeholders including leaders and sales to present value propositions and solutions in a meaningful way to prospects, current clients, business partners and key stakeholders. This role will leverage established brand assets to create impactful presentations that communicate effectively while elevating the brand.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in design, communications, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years' experience with graphics and presentation design responsibility within an ad agency, marketing team, or design studio.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid Computer Skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Must be able to collaborate with stakeholders from various functions, take feedback and compose solutions.
- Expert understanding of PowerPoint. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop and InDesign).
- Experience with digital video, animation, and motion graphics (Premier, After Effects).
- Attention to detail while having a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to conceptualize complex ideas into simple, on-brand visuals.
- Ability to work quickly in a deadline-driven environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Previous experience in agency accounts with a high amount of PowerPoint usage to present designs or strategy, or in-house role supporting sales as presentation designer.
