Peintures de Paris, marque leader dans le domaine des peintures et revêtements, recherche un Prescripteur Régional Grands Comptes (H/F) pour renforcer son équipe commerciale. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable des Ventes, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de la notoriété de notre marque et l'acquisition de nouvelles affaires sur votre secteur.  

Idéalement basé(e) en Île de France, votre secteur géographique sera le secteur Nord-Ouest.   

Vos missions principales :  

  • Établir et développer un réseau relationnel avec les agents d'influence de votre secteur : architectes, bailleurs sociaux, promoteurs immobiliers, maîtres d'œuvre, maîtres d'ouvrage, économistes de la construction et bureaux d'études. 

  • Assurer des préconisations techniques et commerciales pour promouvoir les marques Seigneurie et Guittet auprès des décideurs clés. 

  • Animer un réseau d'acteurs influents du marché en assurant une veille permanente, en partageant des informations et des nouveautés. 

  • Participer à des salons professionnels et être actif(ve) sur les réseaux sociaux pour accroître la visibilité de la marque. 

  • Analyser, cibler et affiner les décideurs clés du marché afin d'entretenir des relations durables. 

  • Transmettre aux équipes commerciales toutes les informations utiles au développement du chiffre d'affaires. 

  • Soutenir les équipes commerciales en fournissant des recommandations techniques et des conseils sur la mise en œuvre de nos produits. 

Votre profil: 

  • Diplôme Bac +2 à Bac +5 en filière technique ou commerciale.

  • Expérience de 5 à 8 ans dans un poste similaire au sein du même secteur d’activité.

  • Maîtrise technique des produits de peinture et bonne connaissance du secteur du bâtiment.

  • Compétences confirmées en négociation commerciale.

  • Compréhension approfondie du marché, des décideurs et des influenceurs clés.

  • Capacité à réaliser une veille technologique et concurrentielle efficace.

  • Connaissances en gestion permettant d’analyser les performances et d’identifier les opportunités.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication.

  • Aisance relationnelle et agilité dans les interactions professionnelles.

  • Proactivité et capacité à prendre des initiatives pour développer le réseau et les opportunités d’affaires.

  • Orientation chiffres et résultats, avec une forte aptitude à atteindre les objectifs fixés.

  • Autonomie dans la gestion des missions tout en respectant les directives et objectifs établis.

Skills Required

  • Diploma Bac +2 to Bac +5 in technical or commercial field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position in the same sector
  • Technical mastery of paint products and good knowledge of the construction sector
