The Role

As a Presales SAP S/4HANA Project Director, you will serve as a strategic leader in shaping and driving SAP transformation journeys for our clients. This role is central to presales engagements, where you will guide the design, planning, and execution of complex SAP RISE programs, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

You will collaborate closely with sales teams, solution architects, and client stakeholders to craft compelling transformation roadmaps that align with business goals. Your expertise will ensure that proposed solutions are not only technically sound but also tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic vision, delivery leadership, and deep SAP knowledge to drive successful digital transformations.

• Lead SAP Transformation Presales: Act as the presales lead for SAP transformation initiatives across multiple accounts and sales teams within the country. Champion SAP RISE, S/4HANA, and BTP transformation opportunities and contribute to the growth and formalization of the SAP Practice and its offerings.

• Program Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end planning, staffing, and execution of SAP S/4HANA and BTP programs. Ensure alignment between functional project activities and technical landscape deployment.

• Project Governance: Own the program scope, manage change requests, and ensure delivery excellence throughout the transformation lifecycle.

• Proposal Development: Lead the creation and management of proposals for SAP Consulting Services. Structure and consolidate work breakdown structures (WBS) to support SAP RISE and S/4HANA + BTP engagements.

• Solution Assurance: Ensure that the proposed business application solutions comprehensively address client business process needs. Collaborate with consultants to align SAP licenses and subscriptions with client and SAP agreements.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business application owners within client organizations.

• Transformation Planning: Deliver comprehensive project roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA transformations using proven methodologies such as SAP Activate.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Fluent in French
• At least 9 years of professional experience in consulting project management, and contract management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA functional integration programs
• This position requires applicants to demonstrate a proven track record of programs direction, taking responsibility for application integration scope, schedule and budget.
• Ability to participate/drive a part of the functional design for one functional domain.
• ABAP development team project management
• Monitor the project implementation and financials, identify risks and issues with appropriate corrective and preventive actions to achieve project goals.
• SAP Project methods and best practices (Activate) and toolings accelerators. Certification is a plus
• Ability to work in virtual or distributed teams around the world. Experience of Global Integrated Delivery, with near & off-shore teams.
• Ability to travel.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• SAP business process transformation analysis and mining to support the S/4HANA overall project (with SAP Signavio, Celonis..)
• Knowledge of SAP infrastructure & landscape dependencies is an advantage.
• Experience with at least one hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience of SAP RISE – S/4HANA PCE on-boarding project is a plus
• Practice of S/4HANA project in “clean core” approach, and Agile/devopps for customizations
• Selective data migrations to S/4HANA concepts & toolings
• SAP BTP components integration in your projects
• Network of partners, 3rd party solutions, skills resources in the French SAP ecosystem
