We're seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Pre-Sales team who thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions without waiting for permission, and owns the proposal delivery journey end-to-end.
This role requires someone who can build trust with potential clients, protect financials, and lead high-performance teams through complex scoping challenges.

What You’ll Do

You'll be responsible for managing the overall proposal process for our Pre-Sales team, ensuring process coherence and stewardship while guaranteeing alignment on process, roles, and responsibilities. You'll review delivery plans, roles, costs, and margins for proposals before they're sent to potential clients.

  • Planning: Defining proposal scope, objectives, and deliverables. A project manager’s job is to break down a project into actionable tasks and assign responsibilities.
  • Scheduling: Create detailed proposal timelines and ensure milestones/deadlines are met. They ensure proper timeline management within the pre-sales team. 
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to complete the proposal. Determine what resources (people, tools, money) are needed to complete it.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to address them before starting the project. 
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track proposal project progress by monitoring and analyzing team performance and advances so that the proposal can be completed on the defined timeline. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage the work with the potential customer, making sure that all communication to and from the customer is transparent (not private chats), to make sure everyone on the team is in the loop
What We're Looking For
  • +5  years in Project Management with Presales experience.
  • Experience in consulting or tech services.
  • Experience in pre-sales process and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to enforce delivery standards and governance.
  • Strong command of Agile methodologies.
  • Risk, escalations, and variance management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
  • Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Monday, Notion, or Confluence.
  • Financial literacy (budgets, margins, estimates).
  • Reporting capabilities (including dashboards and delivery analytics).
  • Fluency in English (C1 level).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SDLC and engineering workflows.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
  • Prior experience in product-focused companies.
  • Experience in creating estimations for A.I./M.L. & Data Engineering projects
  • Experience with system design concepts & applications
  • Familiarity with cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with the latest product development technologies and trends, particularly in AI.
