Client Engagement 客戶互動:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and design tailored cybersecurity solutions.

• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to prospective clients.
  向潛在客戶進行技術簡報、產品演示及工作坊。
• Address client inquiries and technical concerns, serving as the primary point of contact for solution-related discussions.

Solution Design and Proposal Development 解決方案設計與提案開發:

• Develop comprehensive technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process.
  開發完整的技術提案與文件以支持銷售流程。

• Conduct security assessments and gap analyses to identify client vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  進行安全評估與差距分析，識別客戶的資安弱點並提出建議方案。

• Ensure proposed solutions align with industry standards, best practices, and client requirements.
  確保所提出的解決方案符合行業標準、最佳實踐及客戶需求。

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing 協作與知識分享:

• Work closely with product, R&D, and technical teams to stay updated on the latest offerings and technologies.
  與產品、研發及技術團隊緊密合作，隨時了解最新產品與技術。

• Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to enhance product features and offerings.
  根據客戶互動提供反饋給內部團隊，以改進產品功能與服務。

• Share cybersecurity expertise and insights with colleagues to strengthen team knowledge.
  與同事分享資安專業知識與見解，提升團隊整體知識水平。

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  計算機科學、資訊安全或相關領域的學士學位。

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity-related roles, including presales, consulting, or technical implementation.
  至少3-5年資安相關工作經驗，包括售前、顧問或技術實施。

• Professional certifications are mandatory, such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or certifications related to information security management, such as CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
  必須具備資安專業認證，例如CISSP、CEH、OSCP，或與資訊安全管理相關的認證，如CISM或ISO 27001主任稽核員資格。

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and solutions (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

• Proven ability to design and deliver complex cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese or other languages is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing tools is a plus.
