Product Manager for the Premium Squad

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our Premium squad.

The Premium Squad's mission is to provide a competitive edge to professional and private sellers through optional visibility features that increase ad efficiency, and actively contribute to revenue by optimizing conversion rates of purchases of these options.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary squad composed of developers: Backend, iOS, Android, Front Web, a UX Designer, a QA Analyst. You will also work closely with the Engineering Manager. You will also report to the Head of Product.

You will work for our brands all across Europe through our common platform.

As a Product Manager your mission will be to ensure:

  • Optimization of the user experience

  • Improvement of the squad's features and flows

  • Increased subscription conversion for the premium options

  • Design of new premium options and optimization of current ones to monetize listings

  • Helping markets achieving their monetization goals

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Product Development: Being accountable for KPIs and their monitoring to accurately measure the impact of delivered developments and optimizations

  • Delivering user value by developing new features

  • Developing user knowledge by working closely with the team's UX Designer and the DATA tribe

  • Conveying short and medium-term vision for the product within the team and with other Product Managers and teams outside Product & Engineering

  • Participating in defining and driving the product roadmap

  • Prioritizing product developments, in sync with other teams, per predefined product & business stakes and technical constraints

  • Defining each product evolution in the form of User Stories, prioritizing them within the squad's backlog and tracking their progress

  • Ensuring team velocity and delivery

  • Communicating on product progress and upcoming sprints' roadmap with management, other teams, and users

  • Squad leadership: Working with the Engineering Manager and Agile Coach to encourage team spirit and collaboration to achieve the squad's mission

Requirements:

  • Extensive product and agile method knowledge

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Natural leadership and ability to rally diverse profiles (from finance to development) around your topics

  • Ability to collaborate with technical, UX and business teams

  • Data analysis skills

  • Fluent in English for an international context
