The Role
About the Role

Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and influencing high-stakes decisions? As a Presales Consultant in our Receivables Solutions team, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how leading companies manage their Order-to-Cash processes.

You’ll work closely with Sales Managers across Europe—especially in the UK and France—to craft compelling solution stories, deliver impactful demos, and guide prospects through their digital transformation journey. Your insights will directly shape client strategies and product evolution.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the expert voice in client conversations—translating business needs into tailored FIS solutions.
  • Lead the charge on RFIs, RFPs, and solution proposals that win trust and business.
  • Deliver engaging product demos and use-case walkthroughs that bring our solutions to life.
  • Partner with project managers to ensure accurate solution planning and cost estimation.
  • Tackle both technical and business challenges with confidence and creativity.
  • Contribute to regional growth campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Share your knowledge and elevate the team through collaboration and best practices.
What You Bring
  • Fluency in English and French—you’re comfortable navigating diverse business environments.
  • 7+ years in presales, solution consulting, or enterprise software roles.
  • A strong grasp of complex sales cycles, SaaS models, and consultative selling.
  • Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and receivables processes.
  • A natural communicator with strong business acumen and storytelling skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation and results.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, global teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—collaborative, persuasive, and client-focused.
