2. Scope of Work
Contractors will provide specialized
engineering services in mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic engineering.
The scope includes, but is not limited to:
A. Mechanical Engineering
· Fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly works.
· Preventive and corrective maintenance.
· Calibration and alignment of rotating equipment.
· HVAC and piping systems installation and maintenance.
B. Electrical Engineering
· Transformer and switch gear servicing.
· Panel building and automation systems.
· Energy audits and power factor correction.
· Testing, inspection, and certification of electrical systems.
C. Mechatronic Engineering &
Automation
· PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
· System calibration and optimization.
· Industrial sensors and instrumentation services.
· Smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions.
Requirements

2. Professional Certifications/Licenses (EBK, IEK, EPRA, TVETA, OSHA, NEMA).
3. Evidence of Similar Assignments (minimum 3 references in the last 5 years).
4. List of Tools, Equipment & Technology relevant to the scope.
5. Quoting of Hourly/Daily Rates for skilled and unskilled labor.
B. Candidates must demonstrate proven electrical and/or mechanical experience with industrial machinery used in FMCG production, processing, and packaging environments. This includes hands-on expertise with equipment such as conveyor systems, labellers, bottle washers, filling lines, boilers, pasteurizers, mixers and blenders, case washers, palletizers and depalletizers, packers and unpackers, sleeve labellers, inspection units, and PET blow moulders.
