Since we started our journey to build a no nonsense 4X4, we've come a long way. We've established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. We've partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We've made our way from vision to prototype. We've secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We've delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We're building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster.
People and Culture

Für unsere HR-Abteilung in Böblingen bei Stuttgart suchen wir ab sofort einen Praktikanten oder Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für 6 Monate:
Tasks
- Unterstützung unseres Teams bei allen Tätigkeiten des operativen Personalmanagements entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle
- Erlernen der globalen HR-Standardprozesse und deren selbstständige Anwendung
- Dokumentation und Analyse von HR-Daten
- Mitwirkung bei internationalen HR-Projekten
- Durchführung von Recherchearbeiten zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Beisteuern von theoretischen Kenntnissen aus dem Studium in die berufliche Praxis
Requirements
- Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie, Pädagogik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Skills Required
- Enrollment in Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, or related degree program
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken
- Careful and reliable working style
- Willingness to contribute theoretical study knowledge to practical HR work and participate in international HR projects
