Objetivo del puesto:
Brindar soporte al equipo de desarrollo de producto en actividades relacionadas con diseño, análisis y gestión de proyectos, asegurando la calidad y funcionalidad de los productos. El practicante colaborará en proyectos técnicos y administrativos que contribuyan a la innovación y optimización de los procesos.
Requisitos:
- Escolaridad: Estudiante de últimos semestres o egresado (menos de 1 año) de Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica o Industrial.
- Idiomas: Inglés conversacional (INDISPENSABLE).
Responsabilidades principales:
- Apoyar en la planificación y seguimiento de proyectos de desarrollo de producto.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Realizar análisis de datos y generar reportes para la toma de decisiones.
- Elaborar documentación técnica y administrativa relacionada con los proyectos.
- Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y dar soporte en la gestión de actividades.
Conocimientos técnicos:
- Gestión de proyectos.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Habilidades en software CAD/CAE (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX, INVENTOR, CATIA o similar).
- Competencias requeridas:
- Administración y seguimiento de actividades en equipos multifuncionales.
- Análisis de datos.
- Toma de decisiones.
- Análisis y resolución de problemas
Deseable:
- Experiencia previa en prácticas profesionales o proyectos universitarios relacionados con gestión de proyectos, demostrando habilidades de liderazgo y resolución de problemas.
