What’s the role about?
We are looking for a talented and ambitious student, to join our Marketing team as a PR placement student. This role will be responsible for all administrative tasks for PR, particularly sample trafficking, and management, and to support the PR & VIP Manager and PR agency in the day-to-day execution of activities.
You will currently be in your second year of studies and will be available to join us for a 52-week placement from July 2025.
Who you are
- Previous shop floor or head office retail experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Have a passion for a career in the luxury fashion industry.
- Highly organised and strong time management.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, especially when it comes to last minute sample send outs.
- Good attention to detail especially when ordering product and booking couriers.
- Ability to build strong relationships with different key business areas, both internal and external with PR agencies.
- Willing and able to work in our Oxford Street Head Office 4/5 days of the week.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing inventory coming in and out of the business for PR & Marketing activities, supporting sample flow internally across the business.
- Manage gifting requests from VIP agency, including influencer send outs.
- Work directly with Merchandising to minimise customer stock impact.
- Monitor and report on units and value of gifted and loaned stock.
- Ensure loaned stock is returned to the business in saleable condition.
- You will occasionally work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all campaign and trade activities are well supported across all channels.
