PR, Marketing & Customer Success Executive (Certification Track Included)
Sadja WebSolutions delivers digital marketing, branding/design, website development, hosting/tools, eCommerce, experience design, and promo/video ads for growing businesses.
Role Summary
We’re hiring a strong communicator to support our PR, marketing execution, and customer success—helping clients understand our services, improving retention, and supporting the sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with our delivery team (designers, developers, marketers) to manage client communication and represent Sadja WebSolutions professionally.
As part of our growth, we are also expanding into new productivity/business tools for clients. The company will sponsor key certifications (including Google Workspace Sales credential) to build internal capability.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer communication: onboarding calls, follow-ups, status updates, customer satisfaction and retention
- Support sales & account growth: lead qualification, proposals, presentations, follow-ups, renewals
- Drive PR + brand presence: announcements, storytelling, testimonials/case studies, community visibility
- Support digital marketing execution: content coordination, campaign planning support, reporting communication
- Use tools like CRM, ticketing/helpdesk (e.g., Zoho Desk or similar), and marketing systems to track customer journeys
Certification & Learning (Company-Sponsored)
- Google Workspace Sales credential (company pays training/exam fees)
- High performers may be supported for additional certifications: Microsoft, Zoho, Zoho One, Odoo and other tools based on company roadmap
Ideal Background
- Mass Communication / PR / Marketing (strong advantage)
- OR Information Technology / Information Systems candidates with strong communication + CRM comfort

- Strong writing + confident spoken communication
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple clients/projects
- Professional client-facing attitude and ability to work with targets
