The Role
Step into an Operational Leadership position managing daily Product Quality & Compliance (PQC) activities across our warehouse operation. We are looking for an established leader to drive team performance, ensure stock accuracy, and maintain quality and compliance standards.. You will work closely with the Assistant Site Manager to ensure all PQC processes are delivered consistently.
What You'll Take On
- Oversee daily PQC operations, actively allocating resources across Quality Assurance and Faulty Returns to meet operational demand.
- Conduct pre-shift briefs and handovers.
- Manage formal people responsibilities, including conducting investigations, issuing disciplinary warnings up to a Final Written Warning, and managing performance/absence triggers.
- Identify development needs and provide coaching to improve performance and overall team capability.
- Drive a “right first time” approach by reviewing error reporting and audit outputs to implement continuous process improvements.
Champion workplace safety by conducting daily floorwalks, safety observations, and leading accident and incident investigations.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- A strong understanding of warehouse operations, ideally within quality, returns, or compliance functions.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to act on performance insights.
- A confident communicator, providing updates and who drives collaboration using internal platforms like Yapster and Google Chat.

Skills Required
- Currently working in an operational role within the business
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of how to motivate and empower a team
- Ability to monitor absence, productivity performance and errors
- Ability to work autonomously and think independently
- Ability to make sound operational decisions in pressured, deadline-driven situations
- Experience leading or supervising a team
