El Toro Interactive, a leading digital marketing agency within the full-service eCommerce ecosystem, specializing in fashion and beauty, is actively seeking an experienced and passionate Paid Search Manager to join our dynamic team. We operate as a remote-friendly organization, with a focus on attracting the best talent across the United States.

You will be tasked with supporting our Digital Marketing team to rapidly scale Paid Search within the e-commerce campaigns. This includes managing multiple social/ad accounts for clients from all over the nation.

Responsibilities:

On a day to day, you’ll be responsible for helping drive success through our Paid Search and Remarketing Channels. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day to day operations for search, display and shopping campaigns.
  • Launching campaigns from scratch - including proper keyword and audience selection.
  • Actively managing bids and budgets to ensure the best CPA/ROAS.
  • Proficiently creating reports within Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP experience is a must)
  • Navigating Google Analytics to extract actionable insights
  • Staying informed about industry changes and trends.
  • Serving as a liaison between El Toro and 3rd party vendors.
  • Analyzing data to improve performance and identify issues.

Passionate about digital marketing and up to date on the latest trends and best practices

Able to handle several clients and projects at one time

Well versed with grammar/proofreading & familiar with reading analytic reports

Knowledge of conversion optimization and pixel implementation

Knowledge of PPC, Display ads, SEO, E-commerce and Email Marketing

Familiar with A/B testing strategies


Requirements
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a PPC Account Manager.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting is preferred
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, MNTN CTV) is preferred
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel i.e. Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking with strong math skills
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000; however El Toro considers several factors during the hiring process, including but not limited to, responsibilities, the role, experience, education, training, and key skills.
