Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track all PPAP requests from initiation through customer submission and approval, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Partner with Customer Quality Engineers (CQEs) to clarify and interpret customer-specific requirements (e.g., AEC-Q100, IATF 16949, ZVEI).
- Create and maintain PPAP schedules, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple products and sites.
- Serve as the primary contact for PPAP documentation, proactively resolving issues and aligning stakeholder expectations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in PPAP process efficiency and documentation quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, industrial technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in PPAP, automotive quality, or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong working knowledge of AIAG PPAP, IATF 16949, and core quality tools (FMEA, MSA, control plan).
- Proficient with digital tools and documentation systems commonly used in quality and engineering environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- High sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable coordinating across time zones and technical groups.
- Adept at interpreting technical data and quality documentation.
- Customer-focused mindset with a clear understanding of automotive expectations.
