Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the development of our internal Agent Builder - a self-service agent builder platform that enables businesses to move away from heavy prompt engineering in favor of a more intuitive experience where custom-built workflows can be managed by typical business users. This role focuses on leveraging data to enhance AI-driven automation, ensuring users can effortlessly create, modify, and deploy AI-driven agents for various business workflows. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative AI project that will transform business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an AI Agent builder platform,ensuring scalability and ease of use for non-technical users.
• Implement and optimize data analysis processes using Python.
• Work with Google BigQuery to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and improve the platform.
• Ensure the adaptability of the system for various business departments beyond customer service.

• Strong experience with Python for software development and AI applications.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Python.
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery for handling large-scale datasets.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs (Large Language Models), and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and optimizing model outputs for business use cases.
• Understanding of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with business teams to identify key data insights, demonstrating curiosity and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in creating and sharing visualizations using Looker to effectively communicate analysis and insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the evolution of a scalable AI-driven system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
