Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative PowerPoint Presentation Design Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex information in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, design, and format PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand the content and objectives of each presentation.
  • Ensure all presentations are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Edit and revise presentations based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and PowerPoint features to continuously improve the quality of presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Experience of working in a consultancy environment
  • Familiarity with other presentation tools such as Prezi or Keynote.
  • Experience of Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
