Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $90K–$115K. This range represents Savan Group’s good faith estimate at the time of posting and is not a guarantee of compensation.

Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
- Develop automated workflows, notifications, approval processes, and reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and modernization.
- Configure SharePoint Online environments, lists, libraries, forms, permissions, and collaboration tools.
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting capabilities that provide operational and programmatic insights.
- Create process maps, user stories, technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Support testing activities, defect resolution, deployment, and user acceptance efforts.
- Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and operational needs.
- Support Power Platform governance, application lifecycle management, security, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to continuously improve technology-enabled service delivery..
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting application development, workflow automation, business process improvement, or technology consulting.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint Online solutions.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience supporting reporting, analytics, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders..
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-300, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting Federal Government clients.
- Experience with process automation, workflow modernization, and reporting solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and integrations.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
- Experience supporting AI/AN communities, Tribal programs, or Tribal-serving organizations.
- Experience developing workflow, reporting, case management, or collaboration solutions that support victim services, social services, public safety, grant management, or capacity-building programs.
- Familiarity with the operational needs of training, compliance, capacity-building, or grant-funded support programs.
- Experience translating complex program requirements into user-friendly tools that improve service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and program oversight.
