In this role
You will design, build, and scale a learning-tracking Power App that supports a large engineering organization. What started as a small pilot project now needs to be expanded into a production-grade application. You will work closely with program managers and global stakeholders to gather requirements, enhance app functionality, automate workflows, and integrate with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. This is a hands-on development role with direct business impact, combining technical expertise with collaboration across international teams.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Power Fx.
Build and manage process automations with Power Automate (Flows) to support data collection and reporting.
Integrate apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and other connectors.
Collaborate with program managers and global teams (including Europe-based stakeholders) to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure the app is scalable, user-friendly, and production-ready.
Document solutions and provide ongoing support for enhancements and troubleshooting.
Participate in 2–3 hours of meetings per day; focus remaining time on development and solution delivery.
2–4 years of professional experience in application development or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Canvas/Model-driven Power Apps.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Automate (Flows).
Experience integrating Power Platform apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
Strong ability to work with global stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Previous experience working in a production environment with apps already deployed.
Demonstrated ability to scale small projects into enterprise-grade applications.
Experience in training, learning systems, or employee development solutions.
Strong focus on quality-first delivery and attention to detail.
Familiarity with usability, accessibility, and best practices in app design.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80,500 to $90,300 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
