Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Power Origination & Wholesale Analyst to join our dynamic team in Serbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our power-related activities in the West Balkan, and will work closely with the local and regional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Identifying power wholesale opportunities in the West Balkan region (focusing on Serbia),
- Originating and executing power transactions in the wholesale market, making pricing strategies & forecasts, handle internal reporting as well as relationships with clients & other stakeholders,
- Monitoring and managing risk exposure, including credit and market risk,
- Developing systems, reports, and models to facilitate decision-making,
- Supporting the company’s expansion strategy and market set-up,
- Ensuring stable, safe, legal and regulatory compliance of all operations.
Qualifications
- University degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field,
- Min. of 3 years of experience in energy sector with a focus on the electricity markets
- Understanding of power market fundamentals and product structuring,
- Good analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications,
- Fluency in both Serbian and English is a must,
- Experience with PPA / renewable energy projects is an advantage.
