JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Data & AI team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project. The client is a company that specializes in beauty products and services, offering a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products.
Responsibilities:

As a Data Insights & Visualization Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating interactive interfaces that enable individuals to understand, interpret, and communicate complex data and insights. Your day-to-day activities will include wrangling, analyzing, and preparing data to ensure the delivery of relevant, consistent, timely, and actionable insights. You will leverage modern business intelligence, storytelling, and web-based visualization tools to create interactive dashboards, reports, and emerging VIS/BI artifacts. Additionally, you will use and customize (Gen)AI and AI-powered VIS/BI capabilities to enable a dialog with data. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Required:

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) is required. Expert proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting and Reporting Analytics is suggested. Design and implement innovative data visualization solutions that enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Continuously explore and integrate new visualization tools and techniques to improve data storytelling.
Conduct training sessions to empower team members in utilizing data visualization tools effectively.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing dashboards and reports, making improvements as necessary.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Power BI developer.
• Leadership experience:
• English Advance.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
