Role: Power BI Specialist
What You'll Do:

• Data Visualization Leadership: Lead the design and development of interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Develop comprehensive data visualization strategies and implement solutions in Power BI. Ensure adherence to industry best practices, focusing on performance optimization, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Data Governance and Lineage: Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework, ensuring data integrity and accessibility within Power BI solutions.
• Prototype and Proof of Concept Development: Lead the identification and testing of prototype solutions and proof of concepts. Collaborate with testing teams to define optimal test strategies and validate design concepts.
• Quality Assurance and Standards: Conduct design reviews to ensure consistency with visualization best practices. Participate in implementation reviews to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with established guidelines.
• Agile Collaboration: Work within agile teams to implement data quality checks, orchestrate processes, and automate tasks. Engage in root cause analysis to continuously improve data solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience and Expertise: 2+ years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence, with a strong track record in designing and implementing solutions using Power BI.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, and SQL, with a focus on data modeling and performance tuning. Proficiency in integrating Power BI with various data sources.
• Integration and Deployment: Expertise in managing end-to-end Power BI report development, customization, and deployment. Ability to create solutions that serve as the authoritative source for reports and dashboards.
• Quality and Standards: Experience in defining and implementing quality standards for Power BI solutions. Ability to document and train team members on these standards.
• Agile Methodologies: Proven experience working in agile environments with short release cycles. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation within teams.
• Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities, leveraging data and analytical techniques to drive business optimization.

Additional Skills:

• Data Aggregation: Experience in aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive insights.
• Certifications : Advanced Power BI certification would be a plus
