Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Power BI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, visualization, and reporting. As a Power BI Specialist, you will play a vital role in facilitating data-driven decision-making and business improvement through effective data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Understand data requirements and design effective Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain data models: Perform data transformations and manage data pipelines.
- Create visually compelling and interactive reports: Facilitate data-driven decision-making through engaging and informative reports.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Provide technical support: Offer troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Stay current with Power BI features and best practices: Provide training and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience working with diverse datasets and data sources.
- Excellent data visualization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to support a Work from Home setup
- Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
- Internet speed no lower than 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
- Can work graveyard shifts.
