At HSO we are looking for an experienced Power BI Freelancer/Contractor to join our team for a short-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, dashboard development, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI.

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize existing reports for performance and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Power BI and related BI tools.
- Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL and data integration from various sources.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
