Nexaminds looking for a highly skilled PowerBI Engineer to join our team, with a strong background in data engineering, business intelligence, and healthcare industry standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Microsoft BI tools, advanced analytics, and cloud-based data platforms, as well as a deep understanding of HIPAA protocols.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
- Professional experience in ETL development and reporting services.
- Clear understanding and working knowledge of HIPAA protocols.
- Extensive hands-on experience with:
- Power BI, SSRS, SSAS
- Azure Data Factory
- Other cloud-based BI and reporting services
- Experience with advanced analytics tools such as Azure ML, CRAN R, Azure Functions, Azure Cognitive Services.
- Experience working with Databricks, Spark, Hadoop, or similar platforms (preferred).
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD.
Job Duties
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes and reporting services.
- Design and implement BI solutions using MSBI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
- Write efficient, high-performance SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI and other cloud-based tools.
- Work with large datasets using Big Data platforms (Databricks, Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics projects end-to-end.
- Ensure all data processes comply with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and work within DevOps environments.
- Participate in planning, organizing, and executing multiple, simultaneous analytics projects.
- Present insights and technical details effectively to managers, stakeholders, and customers.
