We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into impactful dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that clearly communicate business performance and insights
- Connect, clean, and transform data from diverse sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, APIs) using Power Query and DAX
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective visual analytics solutions
- Optimize and maintain data models to ensure high performance and usability
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and visually engaging manner
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks and visualization standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Engineering
- Proven experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Strong SQL skills; experience working with large datasets and database systems
- A working knowledge of data tools such as Excel and Python is required
- Passion for data storytelling and creating intuitive, user-friendly visualizations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving data-related challenges
