Responsibilities:
- Develop financial reports and dashboards using Power BI to support business decision making.
- Work with Power BI Service for publishing, sharing, and managing reports and dashboards.
- Write complex data joins to establish data measures across multiple tables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
- Set up and manage security protocols within Power BI to ensure data protection.
- Train members of finance on Power BI tools and functionalities.
- Write complex DAX formulas to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
- Four-year college degree or international equivalent.
- 4 + years of proven experience with Power BI, including report and dashboard development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to write complex data joins.
- Experience in developing financial reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of security setup and management within Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the professional services industry preferred.
- Certification in Power BI or related platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with Elite 3E tables and their structure preferred.
