As a Power BI Consultant / Business Analyst, you'll support the person responsible for the company's ERP system in setting up structured reporting, and act as a sparring partner who brings both technical and business perspective to the table. You'll work in a lean environment where your input can shape how the company measures and improves its performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the internal ERP lead in building out reporting structures and processes from scratch
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards covering topics such as sales pipeline performance and productivity
- Analyze support ticket data (Jira) to evaluate response times, broken down across three organizational levels (C-level, team/project leads, employees)
- Advise on best practices for reporting and data governance
- Act as a strategic sparring partner, translating data into concrete business recommendations, not just technical output
- Support the design of internal surveys or data collection tools where needed
Your Profile
- Solid, hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
- Strong business/economic understanding; able to think beyond pure technical delivery and help move the company forward
- Experience setting up reporting processes or working with ERP data is a plus
- Experience in survey design is a plus
- Good German skills are preferred, as German is the company's working language, but not a dealbreaker
- Comfortable working mostly remote, with on-site presence in Baar, ZG roughly every one to two weeks
- Structured and self-driven, able to work independently, as internal resources for this topic are currently limited
Details
