If you love turning a pile of moving parts into a perfectly organized pipeline, we’d love to meet you.

  • Investor Conditions: Respond to investor purchase conditions, suspense items, and findings, and drive them to resolution.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Funding, and other support teams to clear conditions and keep files moving towards purchase.
  • Compliance: Follow company policies, investor guidelines, and applicable regulations (such as TRID, RESPA, ECOA, and GLBA) to keep every loan file compliant and purchase-ready.
  • Data Security & Privacy: Handle borrower nonpublic personal information (NPI) with care, following our data security and privacy standards at all times.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on pipeline status, aging file reports, and purchase timelines so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Documentation: Maintain clean, well-documented loan files and update the LOS and tracking systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Help flag trends and recurring issues so we can keep improving our processes and file quality.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years of mortgage operations experience, with a processing background strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • Working knowledge of the loan lifecycle, investor delivery, and secondary marketing/purchase requirements.
    • Exceptional attention to detail; you catch the small stuff before it becomes a big problem.
    • A strong commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and doing things the right way, even when deadlines are tight.
    • Working familiarity with mortgage regulatory requirements, or a willingness to learn quickly.
    • Outstanding organization and follow-up skills, with a “nothing gets dropped” mindset.
    • Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own workload and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal.
    • Comfort with a loan origination system (e.g., Encompass) and the Microsoft Office suite.
    • A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
  • Bonus Points:
    • Experience with investor portals and delivery platforms.
