We're looking for a Portfolio & Product Performance Lead to join our team in Espoo or Stockholm! You'll be at the heart of our portfolio management, driving a market-centric and data-informed approach to how we craft joy for millions of players. You'll report to the SVP Portfolio & Player Excellence, helping leaders make informed investment choices and empowering our game teams with insights that truly make a difference.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • Leading and evolving our Flightpath governance and Game reviews, ensuring clarity and consistent standards across our portfolio.
  • Delivering a 360° view of performance, including financials, game, player and community health, and market signals, both at game and portfolio level
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders (e.g. BI, Finance, User Experience Research, Tech, Studios) to define strategic needs and focus on high-impact questions. Building a unified portfolio narrative.
  • Supporting game teams in preparing for game reviews, providing actionable insights, and coaching them to balance governance with product vision.
  • Establishing automated monitoring systems to track mobile market trends, competitor performance, and player behavior, leveraging AI for strategic opportunities.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • You have preferably 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, product strategy, business intelligence, or market analysis, ideally within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
  • You've consistently delivered integrated performance insights that combine financial, product, player, and market perspectives.
  • You're experienced in supporting both executive decision forums and product-level decision-making.
  • You have a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • You possess exceptional analytical, quantitative, and strategic problem-solving skills, able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • You're an expert in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI framework development.
  • You’re a strong facilitator and communicator, trusted by both senior leaders and product teams.
  • You’re curious about testing various games, understanding the industry and its products better.  

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

  • Expertise in the free-to-play mobile gaming business models.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or initiatives.
