Your Impact:

This individual will:

• Design and successfully implement comprehensive strategies for disposition of distressed assets to maximize value and minimize losses
• Offer a proven expertise and deep understanding of distressed assets' valuation, market dynamics and various disposition channels, including auctions, REO (Real Estate Owned) sales, and short sales
• Apply advanced data analytics to assess asset quality and recover potential
• Develop evaluation metrics to track and monitor performance and report on disposition progress and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, advanced studies/degree preferred with 12+ years of experience in distressed assets management, asset disposition, or related fields
• 4 years of strong management experience
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to interpret complex datasets to guide decision-making
• Basic understanding of modeling, and how to leverage models in business decisions
• Deep understanding of real estate markets, distressed asset life cycles and various asset disposition strategies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to senior leadership
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify innovative solutions to complex asset disposition challenges

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $190,000 - $286,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
