M9 Solutions is seeking a Portfolio Management Lead to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for management and performance of all work under this Task Order.
- Act as primary point of contact for the Program and Program mission support.
- Be aware of, understand, and abide by the client’s established rules, regulations, and safety practices.
- Act for the client in the daily operation, to further and achieve their goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust.
- Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metro area for meetings, and may be required to be on-site during weekends or after hours in the event of a project related emergency.
- 7+ years of experience managing similar programs/projects.
- 10+ years of supervisory experience.
- 7+ years of federal asset and facilities management experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing programs with complex facility projects, budgets, and processes.
- 3+ years of experience with advanced data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in engineering, architecture, business, or a related field.
- Possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent institution, or Professional Engineer (PE) license or Architectural Registration (license).
- Versed in computer programs such as RPMS to track real property.
Full-Time Employee Compensation
- M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Salary Range
$60,000—$180,000 USD
