The Portfolio Management Lead will oversee the management and performance of all tasks under the assigned Task Order, serving as the primary point of contact for the ICE/OAFM/FMD Program and mission support. This role demands a strong understanding of DHS and ICE rules, regulations, and safety practices, coupled with in-depth knowledge of ICE Program mission requirements and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure performance of all work under the assigned Task Order.
- Serve as the primary liaison for ICE/OAFM/FMD, maintaining alignment with program goals and mission support requirements.
- Lead and supervise teams, fostering a high standard of performance and collaboration.
- Oversee federal asset and facilities management projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary and process requirements.
- Manage complex facility projects, budgets, and processes while driving operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to inform decision-making and improve program performance.
- Ensure compliance with DHS and ICE rules, regulations, and safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business from an accredited university.
- Experience:
- At least seven (7) years of experience managing programs or projects of similar scope and complexity.
- Ten (10) years of supervisory experience.
- Seven (7) years of federal asset and facilities management experience.
- Five (5) years of experience managing programs with complex facility projects, budgets, and processes.
- Three (3) years of experience utilizing advanced data analytics tools.
- Certifications:
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), or equivalent institution; or Professional Engineer (PE) license or Architectural Registration (license).
- Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of DHS and ICE mission requirements and operational priorities.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver mission-critical programs and projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
