We are currently looking for a Wholesale and Franchising Operations Intern.

How will you contribute:

• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to wholesale and franchising operations;

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for client transactions and agreements;

• Collaborate with the department in the coordination and management of buy-back processes and maintain records and documentation related to buy-back transactions;

• Address client inquiries and provide necessary information promptly;

• Assist in coordinating meetings and presentations for clients;

• Work closely with the team to manage and facilitate the reorder processes;

• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery;

• Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder needs to relevant stakeholders.

Who you are:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business School diploma or a related field;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities;

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset;

• Interest in the luxury jewellery industry and business operations;

• Fluency in English and French.
