How will you contribute:

• Supporto informatico all'utente;

• Configurazione PC & Telefoni;

• Supporto a dispositivi di video conference;

• Mobile Device Management (Workspace1 o simili);

• Conoscenza di Windows Server e Active Directory;

• Office365 Gestione account e funzionalità varie della suite;

• Utilizzo e implementazione della piattaforma di ticketing Service Now;

• Monitoraggio della sicurezza informatica (SSO & MFA).

Who you are:

• Laurea in informatica o discipline affini;

• Esperienza pregressa di 1-3 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente maturata in aziende strutturate;

• Ottime capacità relazionali;

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;

• Attitudine proattiva;

• Sense of luxury, attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità del servizio offerto.
