We are currently looking for a Digital Learning Intern.
How you will contribute:
You will support with the development of our Digital Library of training materials, serving as the key point of reference for content creation and organization;
You will help enhancing the existing library, ensuring all training content is up to date, relevant, and easily accessible for the Training and Clienteling Team;
You will assist in crafting project presentations for the Sales Training team, including toolkits for new training modules and engaging quizzes;
You will coordinate the Training Calendar for local trainers across regions, ensuring seamless scheduling;
You will oversee the end-to-end E-Learning Translation process, liaising with translation agencies;
You will prepare dashboards to track key training metrics and performance indicators.
Who you are:
Degree in Economics/Business;
High level of Power point;
Good project management;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Flexibility and ability to work independently;
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines;
Fluent in English and Italian;
Curiosity, proactivity and high adaptability.
