Your opportunity
We are currently looking for a Client Advisor and VIC Specialist who will report to the Boutique Manager and Grand Vendeur as part of our dynamic team based in Florence.
How will you contribute

Support the Grand Vendeur with implementation of VIC activities on worldwide level

Building and strengthening relationships with existing customers, understanding their individual needs according to their customer profile under direction of the Store Manager and Grand Vendeur

Work closely with different corporate teams to select the right client profiles for local and global client activations in-store and off-site

Support customer portfolio development, helping to maximize customer satisfaction and customer retention

Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers, exceeding their needs, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of Jewellery Products

Manage all the back offices, house operations and processes connected to the Clienteling activities (including cash operations, invoices, receipts ecc.)
Who you are

Proven experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment, with a genuine passion for luxury

Good knowledge of reporting tools and analytics

Entrepreneurial, innovative and proactive approach

Good communication skills, ability to work in team, problem solving and proactivity

Detail oriented, good project and time management skills

Fluent in English and Italian; Knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated
