Your opportunity

We are currently looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager who will report to the Boutique Manager as a part of our team based in Dusseldorf.

How will you contribute

The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, will develop and recruit clients and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand, with the aim of maximizing sales.

• Provide support and assistance the Boutique Manager during their absence including training and coordinating staff schedule (ex. managing schedules, rest periods, and vacations)

• Oversee client relations and identify customer needs

• Prepare and submit regular reports to HQ on staff payroll (attendance, overtime) and budget, and coordinate public relations activities to foster new business opportunities

• Assist with sales during peak periods and manage and motivate the team to drive sales and achieve corporate objectives

• Manage high-profile clients and cultivate long-lasting relationships with all customers

• Ensure the effective alignment of the corporate strategies and procedures

Who you are

• Extensive experience in a similar role, acquired in a highly customer service-oriented environment, with a genuine passion for luxury

• Strong communication skills and Interpersonal sensitivity

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction

• Uphold high ethical standards in all interactions

• Entrepreneurial, innovative and proactive approach

• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented; well-integrated in the social environment

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Fluent in English and German; Knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated

• Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required
