Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Policy and Support Agreements Officer to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will support the Office of Corporate Operations (DXC) by providing expert analysis, planning, and lifecycle management of policies and support agreements. Your work will directly contribute to agency success by ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and leadership objectives.
What You'll Be Doing:
Review and Maintain Agreements:
Analyze, monitor, and maintain Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), and Interagency Agreements (IAAs) to ensure compliance with DoD and agency guidelines.Collaborate Across the Agency:
Partner with internal stakeholders to draft, coordinate, and update support agreements. Identify and resolve overlapping requirements, potential conflicts, or gaps in existing agreements.Manage Agreement Records:
Maintain the support agreements database and development tracker for both active and inactive agreements. Ensure all records are managed in accordance with mandated requirements.Develop and Update Policy Documents:
Work with stakeholders to draft and revise agency policy documents. Assess the impact of new or updated external issuances on existing policies and identify any conflicts or gaps.Lead Policy Coordination:
Advise and assist policy owners in drafting, reviewing, and publishing agency corporate policies. Ensure all policies meet established guidelines and standards, and facilitate agency-wide review and adjudication processes.Ensure Policy Currency:
Conduct bimonthly reviews of existing agency policies. Log and track internal and external issuances daily using the current recordkeeping system, ensuring compliance with records management requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of related experience, or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience reviewing and analyzing high-level governance documents (such as agency directives, statutes, Executive Orders, or DoD/Executive Branch guidelines).
Proven ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies and agreements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a demonstrated track record of collaborating effectively across teams.
Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
