 The Poland Work Migration Program, administered by Mimshac Group, is a structured employment migration pathway that connects eligible international candidates with reputable Polish employers across various industries. This program provides lawful, long-term employment opportunities with a focus on job readiness, compliance, and ethical recruitment.

Designed for skilled and general workers, the program offers a full-service relocation package, including visa facilitation, accommodation coordination, and formal employment contract processing. Through strategic partnerships and a compliance-driven framework, Mimshac ensures that every candidate is matched with real job vacancies in Poland under a government-approved work permit system.

All placements are supported by the issuance of a one-year Type A work permit (Zezwolenie Typ A), ensuring that candidates arrive in Poland with the legal right to live and work under the supervision of an authorized employer.

About the Program 

Eligible Nationalities Applicants are welcome from all nationalities except countries designated under terrorism restrictions and employer prefered nationalities for certain jobs.

Terms of Employment

• Average Net Salary: PLN 4,200 to PLN 7,300 per month depending on job and hours
  

• Accommodation: Arranged and deducted from salary (approx. PLN 300–650/month)
  

• Work Schedules: Typically 8–12 hour shifts, 5–6 days per week
  

• Employment Benefits: Paid leave (where applicable), free workwear, lunch allowance, training programs (e.g., forklift certification), residency support, performance bonuses
  

Relocation and Processing Package The Poland Work Migration Program includes full support through a structured relocation service. Mimshac Group facilitates:

• Legal placement with a licensed Polish employer
  

• One-year Work Permit (Zezwolenie Typ A)
  

• Employer intention certificate
  

• Employment contract (Umowa zlecenia or Umowa o pracę)
  

• Formal lease or accommodation agreement
  

• Power of attorney for document handling
