The Fore Play Podcast — Barstool Sports’ flagship golf show — is looking for a multi-talented Editor/Shooter to join our team full-time. This role is a unique opportunity to be a key player behind one of the most popular golf content brands in the world.To start, you will be expected to help produce and edit the Fore Play Podcast twice a week. The rest of your week will be spent helping edit and clip Fore Play's long form YouTube content. Over the course of your first year, you will be expected to improve your editing and shooting ability to the point where you can travel with the production team.This isn’t a 9–5 desk job. Our schedule changes constantly, and you’ll need to be comfortable with unpredictable hours, frequent travel, and a grind-it-out work ethic. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and publish the Fore Play Podcast twice weekly across all platforms (audio + video).
- Handle all aspects of post-production including audio editing, video editing, and visual assets using Adobe Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop.
- Maintain top-tier production quality across platforms — from leveling audio and syncing video to designing thumbnails and episode visuals.
- Work closely with the hosts to shape creative direction, segment structure, and episode flow.
- Travel frequently with the team to support on-site production during events, interviews, and content shoots.
- Produce remotely and in-person, depending on the team’s schedule and location.
- Contribute to non-podcast content and projects — including social content, short-form video, and video series.
- Proven experience editing podcasts or multimedia shows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and Photoshop.
- Strong work ethic — must be comfortable with a flexible, often irregular schedule that includes nights, weekends, and travel.
- Knowledge of the PGA TOUR and golf content spaces.
- Experience with videography, camera work, and studio setups.
- Ability to adapt and produce content on the fly, whether in a studio or on the road.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City (preferred).
- Familiarity with Barstool Sports’ content, tone, and audience.

Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000/year
